The Dmack Distance summer tire is designed for a wide range of modern passenger cars in the small and medium classes. This model is offered in 11 sizes for wheels with a rim diameter of 15 and 16 inches. Depending on the size, the tire has speed indices H, V or W, which testifies to its exceptional capabilities.

Symmetrical directional tread pattern

This model features a symmetrical directional tread pattern with an original design. It consists of two longitudinal ribs in its center and two shoulder zones. The small number of tread elements has given the tire a number of advantages. First of all, these are large contact patch sizes, which were achieved by significantly increasing the size of the tread elements. As a result, the Dmack Distance tire demonstrates excellent traction on dry roads.

Another advantage of this model, achieved by reducing the number of tread elements, is reduced rolling resistance. This, in turn, has led to improved fuel efficiency.

In addition, the massive sizes of the tread ribs provide a more even distribution of load across the contact patch. As a result, the tread has become much more resistant to uneven wear, which has increased the life of the tire.

Excellent traction on wet roads

This tire is distinguished by its excellent traction on wet surfaces. These capabilities are provided by a number of factors. First of all, it is the tread pattern, which has three longitudinal drainage grooves. Their large size allows them to hold a very large volume of water, thanks to which the tire's contact patch remains dry.

Another component that has provided the tire with excellent traction on wet roads is the lamellas located on the surface of the central ribs and shoulder zones. When in contact with the road surface, they open up, forming additional edges, which has significantly improved the efficiency of acceleration and braking.
