The Delmax UltimaSport summer tire is designed for mid-size and full-size passenger cars, their most dynamic versions. It is adapted for prolonged high-speed driving. In such conditions, it demonstrates precision handling, directional stability, and a low tendency to aquaplaning.
The tread pattern has an aggressive directional design with an enlarged central rib. Together with the solid structure, this element provides directional stability and reduced rolling resistance, and, interacting with rigid shoulder blocks, the accuracy and speed of the tire's response. The tread pattern is rich in enlarged drainage grooves. A significant part of them is directed at a sharp angle against the direction of movement. This guarantees a low risk of aquaplaning even at high speeds. Large shoulder blocks provide stability during maneuvering, preventing uneven wear.
Key features of Delmax UltimaSport
- a wide solid central rib increases directional stability and fuel efficiency;
- rigid blocks on the edges of the tread provide reliable grip when maneuvering, ease of handling;
- an aggressive inclination of the drainage grooves further enhances resistance to aquaplaning.
