Delinte WD1

The Delinte WD1 winter tire is installed on compact passenger cars. It is excellent for urban conditions, demonstrating excellent stability on slippery asphalt surfaces, a shortened braking distance, and comfort in handling.

The tread pattern is executed in a "classic" design with a V-shaped arrangement of transverse edges. On snow, this increases traction and reduces the length of the braking distance while maintaining directional stability and reducing rolling resistance. The blocks in the central part form a wide continuous rib. This solution improves fuel efficiency and wear resistance, increases stability and handling accuracy at high speeds. On an icy surface, the effectiveness of the tread is ensured by several thousand sharp edges formed by bidirectional sinusoidal lamellas.
