The tread is designed according to a closed scheme - a minimal number of through cuts, a maximum of solid zones. Special attention is paid to the enlarged shoulder areas. Their profile is designed to give this part of the tread additional stiffness. With every maneuver, with every turn of the wheel, the shoulder blocks take on lateral forces. Rigid, wide shoulders provide stable traction in turns, clear feedback, and, critically for vans, prevent rapid wear of the tread at the edges.

Density of traction edges

In the center of the tread, we deliberately departed from monotonous smoothness. Here you will see a multitude of lamellas forming a dense network of traction edges. When the asphalt is covered with a water film, they cut through it and provide contact between the rubber and the road. At the same time, wide longitudinal grooves passing along the entire circumference of the tire instantly evacuate water from the contact patch.

Load capacity without fragility

A commercial tire must be durable. In this model, we strengthened it by increasing the number of cord layers and applying a denser breaker strip. At the same time, we optimized the sidewall profile. They have become more resistant to punctures and cuts when driving over curbs, potholes, and sharp objects. This design directly increases the load capacity, allowing the tire to be operated with a full load of transport.
