The grooves are arranged at an aggressive angle of inclination, which reduces rolling resistance, reduces noise, and wear. The second component of the Sport Plus technology is the X-lamellas, cross-shaped cuts, also located in the central part. At the edges, the tread pattern contains massive blocks. The elements are composite, being divided into several parts. This design aligns the stiffness of the shoulder zones, which, in combination with the massiveness of the blocks themselves, increases the traction properties when maneuvering, and also provides fast and accurate reactions of the tire to the driver's actions. Another significant advantage of this technology has been a significant reduction in the unevenness of tread wear, which has a positive effect on the ride comfort of the tire, especially in conditions of extremely high loads.

This model is also distinguished by the presence of special indicators on the tread. They are cuts of a certain shape that disappear as the tire wears out. This allows you to quickly determine the moment of reduced performance in certain weather conditions. The indicators are located closer to the outer side of the tread, which is more susceptible to abrasive effects during lateral accelerations.
