Tire specifications
DescriptionDescription Continental ContiVancoContact
The Continental ContiVancoContact summer commercial tire is designed for intense and prolonged operation under continuous exposure to heavy loads. Even under such application conditions, this model features almost "passenger car" handling, precise reactions to steering wheel turns, high braking intensity, and hydroplaning resistance.
The tread pattern is designed in a closed design with continuous longitudinal ribs. Due to their increased resistance to deforming effects and directionality, these elements provide stable traction during straight-line movement, reduce rolling resistance and wear, and during maneuvering, they contribute to the reliability of traction properties and ensure more even and slower abrasive wear of the tread.
Another distinctive feature of the tread pattern is the presence of a large number of multidirectional lamellas. Narrow slits, when in contact with the road surface, form sharp edges that allow the tire to effectively realize traction and intense deceleration in such conditions, significantly reducing the braking distance.
Key features of Continental ContiVancoContact
- solid ribs in the central part and increased stiffness of the shoulder areas improve handling and traction, prevent uneven wear, and reduce rolling resistance;
- special rubber compound, elastic at low temperatures and very resistant to abrasive wear and tears;
- a large number of multidirectional lamellas allows for intense acceleration and effective braking on wet surfaces.

Honestly I was unlucky with the Continental tires of Czech manufacture, 3 winters and it's done with a nail, I bought a new one and the tread has not worn off, maybe because I mounted the spare on the rear axle and put all 4 wheels on it, in the front I have a Nokia self-sealing, it's still running, only micro-cracks between the tread are visible, 2012 model year tire. The Continental was also 2012 model year.
