The summer tire Continental ContiSportContact 6 ContiSeal is a modification of the same-name tire for passenger cars. It differs from it with increased reliability due to the ability to restore tightness with small punctures. This required certain changes in the tire design, which did not affect the driving qualities, which are fully identical to the "original".

The inner side of the tire contains a special layer of viscous polymeric substance. When punctured, it is pulled into the hole, and after contact with air, it quickly hardens. Thus, damages with a diameter of up to 5 mm are eliminated even in the presence of the object that caused them.

The tread part of the tread is made of the latest version of the Black Chili rubber compound. Special polymers in the compound composition much faster and stronger than before affect it, reducing the braking distance, reducing rolling resistance and heat generation during high-speed movement. The shoulder zones of the tread contain large blocks that prevent lateral slipping when maneuvering and increase the accuracy of control. Monolithic ribs in the central part provide stability during straight-line movement.
