The Comforser EF1500 model represents the result of targeted optimization for operation on unpaved roads. This is a specialized class solution where durability, strength, and predictable handling on rocky, gravel, and crushed stone surfaces are prioritized.

Developers abandoned simple massive elements in favor of complex polygonal blocks. Their key task is to form a multi-directional system of elongated curved edges in the contact patch. These are not just "off-road grips", but elements that work on shear, providing not just high, but stable traction on loose and movable surfaces, minimizing the effect of "slipping" of individual blocks. The principle of partial overlap of blocks in the direction of movement is a key strategy. It creates a continuous support surface, which directly leads to a reduction in tread deformation, its hysteresis losses, and therefore a reduction in rolling resistance, heat, and noise on hard surfaces and highways.

The problem of stones getting stuck in the tread is the main enemy of off-road driving. It was solved at the design level by giving the groove walls a three-dimensional profile with a variable cross-section. This creates a "self-cleaning" effect: the stone does not get stuck in the narrow "neck", but is either pushed out under load or passes freely through. This is critical for maintaining the integrity of the carcass and even wear.
