Churchill tyres are designed in the UK and represent mid-range tyres produced using advanced technologies and materials. The enterprises that produce tyre products of this brand are located in Vietnam and China. The technologies and equipment used are the same as those used by the world's leading tyre manufacturers. Particular attention is paid to raw materials, primarily natural rubber, one of the main components of rubber compounds. Through its subsidiary, Churchill owns several rubber plantations in Thailand. In turn, suppliers of cord are located in South Korea, Germany, and Belgium, and carbon raw materials are located in the USA. Additionally, the company has its own research centre, which enables the creation of authentic rubber compounds.
Currently, the company offers Churchill tyres in the following categories:
- for passenger cars;
- for SUVs and crossovers;
- for light commercial vehicles.
Passenger car tyres are divided into three lines. One of them is more suitable for everyday use, primarily in urban conditions. It is characterised by the use of a rubber compound with increased wear resistance, a tread pattern that reduces rolling resistance and prevents abrasive wear. At the same time, the presence of numerous grooves and lamellas provides reliable grip on wet surfaces. Another line is focused on use in dynamic versions of passenger cars. The compound used in them is characterised by an increased content of "silica", and during its manufacture, the production process increases the uniformity of the rubber compound. The reinforced breaker increases handling accuracy and stability at high speeds. The next line of passenger tyres is characterised by parameters corresponding to the Ultra High Performance category with very high fuel efficiency indicators. An excellent set for use on high-speed highways.
A similar approach to forming a line is characteristic of Churchill tyres for SUVs and crossovers. All models are designed exclusively for asphalt roads and are designed for various usage scenarios - everyday city use, sports handling, traction stability, and fuel efficiency on high-speed highways.
Churchill commercial tyres are suitable for almost any modern light truck, van, and minibus. They are characterised by a tread pattern specifically designed for such operating conditions. It improves handling on wet roads, prevents abrasive wear at high speeds, reduces noise, and provides "passenger car" handling. Additionally, the casings for commercial tyres have a "hybrid" structure, in which steel and synthetic materials alternate in the cord. This solution increases the load-carrying capacity of the tyre, its resistance to damage, reduces rolling resistance, and wear.
