The Carps Carbon Series CS307 summer tire is used on various passenger vehicles and is characterized by confident handling and increased reliability. To achieve this, the company's specialists had to use only modern materials and the latest technologies in its production. Particular attention was paid to the tread pattern and carcass.
Universal tread design
When developing the tread design of the Carps Carbon Series CS307, computer modeling was used, which made it possible to achieve the best arrangement of blocks on the tread surface. A central row of blocks was used to achieve excellent directional stability, which also accelerated feedback. Large blocks in the lateral zone increase the grip characteristics during various turns, making them as safe and confident as possible. The reinforced shoulder area prevents lateral damage. Massive drainage channels perform their task perfectly, not only quickly removing water and dirt from the tire, but also preventing stones from getting stuck. A large number of smaller grooves create a "sticking" effect on a wet road surface, minimizing the car's skidding in heavy rain.
Updated carcass
When driving at high speeds, the tread is subjected to heavy loads, which lead to frequent damage. To minimize them, a new carcass is used in this model. It is made from nylon cord and contains steel rings that prevent the tread from tearing during overloads. Due to the use of the new carcass, the tire withstands overloads without negative consequences and has a minimal number of damages. The new carcass structure made it possible to achieve a more even distribution of pressure inside the tread, preventing uneven wear and increasing the mileage.
Main features of the Carps Carbon Series CS307 tire
- the new tread design provides excellent driving parameters (stability, handling and passability);
- the new carcass is reliable, so it withstands maximum loads without problems and reliably protects the tire from damage;
- the reinforced shoulder area increases stability during turns;
- a large number of small channels minimizes the occurrence of skidding on wet surfaces and reduces noise when driving.
