The Cachland CH-W2003 winter tire is designed for owners of compact passenger cars. It is perfectly suited for operation on both urban and rural roads. On any winter surface, it demonstrates increased accuracy in handling, traction and braking efficiency.
In the "basic" version, the tire is not equipped with studs. However, on the tread, there are special holes for their installation. The stud arrangement scheme provides for the formation of six continuous rows. This is enough for stable traction on icy surfaces. The absence of studs is largely offset by numerous lamellas with elongated edges due to a sinusoidal shape. They are arranged in different directions, which further increases the efficiency of their work. Traction and braking properties on snow are provided by double blocks that form elongated and high transverse edges.
Key features:
- an enlarged arrow-shaped rib in the middle increases handling accuracy and longitudinal traction;
- double blocks provide high efficiency of traction and braking properties on snow;
- the possibility of installing studs;
- sinusoidal lamellas, forming bidirectional edges, improve traction on ice.
