The Bridgestone Potenza RE92 summer tire is designed for the most dynamic versions of passenger cars. It is characterized by sporty precise handling and course stability when maneuvering, stability on wet surfaces, and a high level of acoustic comfort.
The tread pattern features an increased content of gripping edges. A significant part of them is located transversely, which increases the traction force and braking intensity, especially on slippery surfaces. The triangular shape of the blocks in the central part improves course stability on straight sections, reduces rolling resistance and wear. The shoulder zones are enlarged, and their profile further increases the contact patch when maneuvering, which improves cross-sectional gripping properties. The cross-shaped grooves contained here further increase the resistance to uneven wear.
