The history of the Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus summer tire for SUVs and crossovers began in 2004, when the first version of this model was released. Among its strong points were quiet and smooth ride, comfortable handling and stability on wet surfaces, even when used on full-size pickups of North American brands, which are light trucks. Very recently, the time-tested and owner-verified tire was improved, getting the Plus in its name.

As a result, rolling resistance decreased, tread wear resistance improved, as well as traction and handling, both when driving in a straight line and when maneuvering. It's worth noting the changed profile of the tread. The use of several radii of curvature made it possible to make the contact patch even wider, while maintaining its shape and size unchanged even under significant influence of multidirectional acceleration forces. All this significantly increases resistance to abrasive wear, reduces fuel consumption, and adds comfort to vehicle handling due to more accurate and stretched-in-time reactions of the tire to the driver's actions.
