Bridgestone Dueler H/L 683 – a versatile tire designed for equipping crossovers, SUVs, and minivans that are operated in a year-round mode. The central zone of the tread, represented by a wide rib divided into Z-shaped blocks, contributes to maintaining steering precision. This applies to both city driving and highway driving. The presence of two additional ring elements in the middle zone supports directional stability. The wide shoulder areas with pronounced segmentation perform two functions at once. Firstly, they have a stabilizing effect when maneuvering. Secondly, they act as crampons, improving the passage of snowy sections. The presence of unidirectional lamellas optimizes the behavior of the car on a slippery road, making maneuvering as predictable as possible.
The compound plays a significant role in ensuring the tire's performance properties. Its composition contains a significant percentage of silica components, which improve adaptability to various temperature regimes. This allows you to feel confident, both on hot asphalt and on a winter road. Along with this, the rubber compound is able to withstand increased loads without undergoing rapid wear. An important component in the construction is the aquadrainage system, which is represented not only by wide ring channels but also by numerous grooves. Connecting with each other, they densely cover the entire tread, opening up in the "shoulder" area. Thanks to this, it was possible to reduce the risk of slaloming and hydroplaning, improving the level of safety.
