The Bridgestone Dueler H/L 33 summer tire is released in two sizes – 225/60R18 and 225/55R18. This is due to the fact that the model is designed for Lexus NX vehicles, which it is a part of the factory equipment. It is characterized by improved handling and stability at high speeds while being fuel-efficient.

Improved traction on dry pavement

The tire belongs to the High Terrain category, which is why it demonstrates the best traction on asphalt roads. This is ensured by several factors that, in turn, increase the contact patch area. First and foremost, it is the design of the tread pattern, most of whose elements have massive sizes. Its profile is selected in such a way as to maximally expand the contact patch and ensure the constancy of its size and shape when subjected to lateral acceleration forces. The ultimate result of using such solutions is reliable traction properties on dry pavement.

Constant contact with wet pavement

A significant part of the tread elements is represented by water-dispensing grooves. The longitudinal ones are distinguished by an impressive internal volume, thanks to which the resistance to aquaplaning is largely achieved, even at high speeds. The efficiency of the drainage system is significantly enhanced by narrow slits. They direct water into the grooves and, in addition, form additional edges that improve traction properties on wet pavement.
