The Bridgestone Dueler A/T 001 tire is designed for SUVs. It belongs to the All Terrain category and is distinguished by its versatility in application, as it has high performance both on highways and off-road. Additionally, it is characterized by an increased service life and low noise level. It is offered in several dozen sizes for 15-, 16-, 17-, and 18-inch wheels. At the same time, some of the options have a speed index H, which is rarely found in tires of this category.
Acoustic Comfort
The tire uses both innovative and previously tested and proven solutions. One of them is the arrangement of the walls of numerous blocks. Their direction and geometric parameters are selected using computer modeling technology in such a way as to minimize the noise level without compromising other operational properties of the tire.
Versatility in Application
The tire is characterized by good efficiency on different types of road surfaces - from asphalt to rocky. This is largely due to the configuration and arrangement of the tread blocks. During movement, they form transverse rows that stretch across the entire tread. Due to the configuration and arrangement, each of these elements has optimal stiffness and forms differently directed gripping edges, thereby minimizing rolling resistance.
Increased Service Life
When developing the tire, much attention was paid to increasing the service life. A significant part of these efforts was applied to the rubber compound of the tread. It retains elasticity at negative temperatures, while demonstrating excellent resistance to punctures and cuts. The combination of such properties is due to the use of silica and special polymers in the composition. A special manufacturing technology of the compound ensures homogeneity at the molecular level. As a result, the tire demonstrates good traction on wet asphalt and rocky surfaces and excellent resistance to punctures, cuts, and thermal effects.
