The Bridgestone Alenza 001 B-seal summer tire is installed on SUVs, off-road vehicles, and pickups. It is designed for use on asphalt roads. It stands out for its precision handling, improved grip on wet surfaces, as well as its reliability and high mileage.
The tire features B-Seal technology, which is a set of solutions for eliminating punctures. For this purpose, a sealed cavity with a viscous liquid based on natural rubber is provided in the tire. It is pulled into the hole and then vulcanized. The technology allows for the virtually instantaneous elimination of punctures with a diameter of up to 3 mm.
The tread pattern is dominated by large elements. In the central part, there are solid longitudinal ribs that increase directional stability and handling precision at high speeds, reduce rolling resistance and wear. The shoulder blocks provide stable traction during maneuvering and intense braking on wet surfaces. In such conditions, effectiveness is also ensured by numerous lamellas in the central part and longitudinal drainage grooves of increased volume.
