Blacklion BH15 Cilerro – a radial tire designed for use on passenger cars of various classes. It features improved operational characteristics thanks to the application of a range of modern technologies.
The central part of the tread contains three ribs, the middle one being solid, and the lateral ones having diagonal grooves. This ensures the tire provides a high level of directional stability and ease of cornering.
The lateral zones are characterized by the presence of wide blocks with deep grooves and numerous lamellas. Thanks to this system, rapid water evacuation is achieved, and maneuverability is increased in any weather. Additionally, the drainage system (developed with the help of computer modeling) neutralizes noise effects, creating acoustic comfort.
To increase the strength characteristics, the lateral zone is made of a more rigid compound. This factor prevents rapid wear and effectively resists lateral punctures and cuts.
The design includes steel elements and synthetic fibers, which positively affect the tire's resistance to mechanical damage. The softness and elasticity of the compound are provided by polymers, silica, and rubber, the proportions of which were developed based on long-term field tests of the rubber mixture composition.

I bought Blacklion tires based on the following criteria: to stay within a budget of 12,000 rubles, size 205/55/16, comfortable and well grasp on wet asphalt. I was very skeptical about the last requirement, as there is almost no information available, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they grip the road on wet asphalt. On comfort - quiet, does not swallow deep potholes. I didn't measure braking, but it is effective. Side sway at

Great price for 10000! Quality of the tires pleased me, balanced perfectly, and even some of them without a load. I don't notice any noise from them, that's great! A bit unpleasantly surprised to find 2 punctures on the side while assembling the wheels, probably occurred during transportation. Otherwise, I'm really satisfied with the tires!

Good tire in its characteristics, but I got a situation where the rear wheel went into a pothole, the tire slipped into the pothole and tore the sidewall with its internal surface (the pothole was asphalt). The speed was around 80 km/h, but it was all quite pleasant =) I'm going to buy another one for completeness.
