Blackarrow wp10 — a friction winter model, designed specifically for passenger vehicles. The tire provides stability of vehicle fixation on wet and slippery surfaces, has a long mileage and reduces fuel consumption.

Central zone

In the middle part of the tread, blocks form wide longitudinal ribs (three rows of studs). This is a key element for handling. The elements increase the contact area when moving straight, which improves directional stability. The stiffness of the central blocks accelerates the response to steering wheel turns — the handling becomes more precise and informative, which is important for emergency maneuvers in urban traffic.

Shoulder belt

The side zones have also received wide segmented sidewalls with large traction edges. Their task is to work on loose and deep snow. When driving on an uncleared road or a snowy yard, the elements bite into the snow thickness, creating traction and preventing wheel spin. Due to the increased stiffness of the shoulder zones, the vehicle maintains stability during maneuvers — rebuilds, turns, and obstacle avoidance. The sidewall does not deform, which is especially important for maintaining the level of safety.

Driving stability

The tire is densely covered with a developed lamellar network. They implement two critical functions:
- grip on icy areas. When in contact with ice, each lamella opens, creating many microscopic gripping edges. They literally "scratch" the icy surface, providing frictional grip.
- grooves drain a thin layer of water that forms when ice melts under the wheel, preventing slipping.

The basis of drainage is wide circumferential channels located between the central "ribs" and shoulder zones. In combination with transverse channels, they form an effective network for evacuating water, mud, and slush.
