All-season tire Belshina Bel-94 is designed for medium and full-size passenger cars. The model is offered in several dozen tire sizes. It is characterized by excellent traction properties on snow and resistance to aquaplaning and slushplaning.

Tread with functional areas

The balanced operational properties of the tire are largely achieved due to the asymmetrical arrangement of tread elements. They form two functional areas. The inner side of the tread is used for effective removal of water and its mixture with snow and mud from under the tire. For these purposes, wide drainage grooves are used, located longitudinally or at a strong inclination relative to the direction of movement.
The inner side of the tread contains numerous blocks. In the process of movement, they form high and long edges that provide the tire with efficiency on snowy roads.

Lamellas

The tire uses both new and already well-proven technologies on previous models. One of such solutions is numerous cuts connected to each other. When contacting the road surface, they form numerous edges that the tire literally bites into compacted snow or ice. At the same time, the lamella walls are fixed in the open position over the entire surface of the block, which limits its mobility under the influence of the car's weight and multidirectional acceleration forces. This significantly increases the stability of the traction properties, ensures the speed and accuracy of reactions to the driver's actions. As a result, the process of controlling the car is simplified, especially in difficult road conditions.
