Bearway HR556 175 R13C 97/95Q

The Bearway HR556 summer tire belongs to the commercial class and is installed on light commercial vehicles operated on asphalt roads. Its asymmetric non-directional tread provides good handling, resistance to skidding, as well as even distribution of pressure in the contact area. Due to the latter factor, a reduction in fuel costs is achieved.

In the central part of the tread, there is a solid rib that does not bear any elements. It contributes to maintaining the sharpness of handling at speed. Two central ribs, separated by diagonal grooves, increase traction and improve water evacuation from the contact patch. Note that the circumferential grooves have a direct contact with each other and in the shoulder area are open to the outside. This allows for the rapid removal of excess water, preventing hydroplaning.
The wide shoulder areas increase the contact area. This has a positive effect on the stability of the vehicle during maneuvering.
