A special version of the Barnaul VLI 10 winter passenger tire with studs is designed for use in regions with a cold climate. It is distinguished by improved traction and coupling properties on snowy and icy roads, reliability and a long service life.
The tire features an identical tread pattern to the standard version, with a combined design. The shoulder zones with composite macro-blocks provide comfort in handling and stability during maneuvering. Three continuous longitudinal ribs increase course stability at high speeds, reducing rolling resistance and wear. At the same time, their curved shape provides a contact patch with numerous multidirectional coupling properties on slippery surfaces. However, the key feature of the tread pattern is the studs, which form continuous longitudinal rows. This significantly increases traction on rolled snow and icy roads.
