In the central part, such elements have a curved shape, which further increases the intensity of water drainage, reducing the risk of aquaplaning. Even more stability on wet surfaces is provided by a rubber compound with a high content of "silica". Such a compound remains elastic at low temperatures, allowing the tire to adhere more closely to the road surface.
