The Autogreen Harmonic SC4 summer tire is positioned by the manufacturer as a model for compact passenger cars and is designed primarily for everyday use. It is characterized by comfortable handling, reliable traction on wet surfaces, and a quiet and smooth ride.
The tire's tread is made from a rubber compound based on natural rubber with a large amount of "silica". This gives the tire elasticity, maintaining it even at low temperatures, which enhances its traction properties on wet surfaces. Another advantage of this solution was a significant improvement in ride smoothness and a reduction in noise and vibration. At the same time, the developers managed to maintain high handling performance by increasing the stiffness of the carcass and sidewalls. The tread pattern is directional, asymmetrical, and consists of massive blocks. In the central part, they form two composite longitudinal ribs, which reduce fuel consumption and provide stable behavior at high speeds. The shoulder blocks are larger in size and have a profile that further increases traction stability and handling accuracy in turns.
