Auplus Wintercross

The Auplus Wintercross winter tire is suitable for most popular passenger cars. It is distinguished by its efficiency in braking and ease of handling on snowy surfaces, as well as the reliability of its traction properties in adverse road and weather conditions.

The tread pattern is characterized by a high density of arrangement and a large number of elements. This increases the contact patch, while saturating it with a large number of multidirectional edges. As a result, the traction properties on snowy surfaces are improved, and in combination with the V-shaped arrangement of blocks, they become stable. The continuous central rib improves stability and handling accuracy at high speeds. The enlarged longitudinal drainage grooves effectively combat both aquaplaning and splash planing. The rubber compound has an increased silica content, which allows the tread to remain elastic at negative temperatures and resistant to abrasive wear.
