The Arisun trademark belongs to the Chinese company Zhongce Rubber, established in 1958. Currently, it occupies the first place in China for the production of automobile tires. The Arisun brand was established in 2012 to promote premium-class truck tires, primarily in the North American market. As the model range expands, tires of this brand have begun to appear in other countries. Currently, the brand is represented in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Today, a large number of truck tires are offered under the Arisun brand. They are distributed across the following categories:
- for long-haul transportation;
- for urban and regional transportation;
- for mixed operating conditions;
- all-season tires.
Part of the tires from almost all lines have been developed using computer modeling technologies. Such models are distinguished by balanced operating properties, which makes them more efficient.
The line of tires for long-haul transportation contains a fairly large number of models. Mainly due to the presence of special tires in it. For example, the AD755 tire has an increased tread width, which allows it to be used instead of dual tires. Common features inherent to all models in the line include the use of a tread with increased notch depth, a special compound resistant to wear and overheating, as well as a pattern that helps reduce rolling resistance.
The "regional" models of the brand, unlike most analogs from other manufacturers, are designed for use on a specific axle of trucks. This makes them more efficient. Additionally, such tires have a reinforced carcass and sidewalls of increased thickness, which ensures a long service life even on poor roads.
The line of tires for mixed operating conditions is represented not only by models intended for trucks and special equipment used on construction and production sites. Part of the tires are well suited for use in regional transportation due to the use of universal tread patterns. An example of this approach is the AZ926 model. Otherwise, these are very durable tires designed for use in the most challenging conditions.
Arisun all-season tires are designed for operation in regions with a cold climate. These models demonstrate the greatest efficiency on wet and snowy roads. Their tread pattern, in addition to blocks, contains a large number of lamellas that form hundreds of sharp edges of adhesion. The compound has also undergone similar adaptation. It remains elastic at temperatures significantly below zero degrees Celsius.
