The asymmetric tread pattern features large blocks distributed along the longitudinal ribs. The dense arrangement of elements and the special profile of the tread area increase the area of the tread that contacts the road surface. As a result, traction and handling are improved on dry surfaces. In rainy conditions, these properties are practically fully preserved due to the presence of long block edges and drainage grooves that effectively counteract hydroplaning. The optimized compound composition allows the tread to remain elastic at low road surface temperatures.
