Anchee Arctic W-8 – a winter tire for passenger cars, distinguished by its wear resistance, low noise level, and adaptability to various temperature regimes.
At its core is a compound with numerous additives that maintain the elasticity of the rubber, but do not contribute to rapid wear. As a result, the tire demonstrates confident passage of snowy and icy road sections, maintaining a high level of vehicle control.
The tread is made in a directional symmetric type. It has a pronounced segmentation into medium-sized blocks combined into several longitudinal ribs. Each of these blocks carries numerous zigzag-shaped lamellas with a transverse movement arrangement. Such a feature provides improved traction on loose snow. Wide drainage grooves opening outward in the shoulder area ensure rapid removal of water, snow, and dirt from the contact zone. Thus, a high level of grip is maintained in any weather.
Key features of Anchee Arctic W-8
- low wear rate due to additives in the compound;
- sensitive handling and increased grip on winter roads due to a large number of gripping edges;
- minimization of slushplaning due to rapid drying of the contact zone.
