Description Alliance 354
Agricultural tire Alliance 354 is released by one of the world leaders in the production of tires for special equipment. This model is produced in the IF380/90R46 size, which allows it to be installed on the rear axles of a wide range of modern tractor and irrigation machine models used in the cultivation of row crops.
Since the operation of this tire is associated with movement on soft and unstable soils, the company's specialists preferred to use a tread with a V-shaped symmetrical directional pattern. The tread of the Alliance 354 tire belongs to the IF category, which differs from ordinary agricultural tires with the RI marking by a 20% increased depth of the tread pattern. This has made it possible to significantly expand the tire's capabilities for overcoming difficult terrain, while also increasing its durability.
One of the key features of this model is the tread blocks, or rather their location at an angle of 45 degrees relative to the direction of movement. In combination with the massive size and elongated shape of the blocks themselves, this has made it possible to achieve excellent passability on soft and unstable soils, i.e. in the main habitat of this tire.
When creating the rubber compound for this tire, the company's specialists sought to achieve excellent resistance to any external aggressive influence, while ensuring excellent tread wear resistance. Thanks to the careful selection of high-quality components, this challenging task was successfully solved, as the tire's tread perfectly resists not only punctures and cuts, but also premature wear.
Main features of the Alliance 354 tire
- The V-shaped design of the symmetrical directional tread pattern is perfectly adapted for movement on soft and unstable soils;
- A multitude of massive tread blocks, located at an angle of 45 degrees relative to the direction of movement, allow for easy realization of the giant torque of tractor engines without allowing wheel slip;
- The carcass with a rigid metal breaker and a special nylon layer wound using seamless technology is characterized by high mechanical strength and elasticity;
- The soft sidewalls significantly reduce the volume of soil damage caused by the tire.
