The Aeolus AS01 Cross Ace passenger tire is one example of how current tire models from China are quite modern products that, in addition to their attractive price, have fairly good operational qualities. All tread blocks are grouped into five longitudinal ribs. Three of them form the central part of the tread, and the other two are its shoulder zones. This design has excellent performance both on asphalt highways and beyond - in mud, sand, and stones.
It is also impossible not to note the minimal placement of tread blocks relative to each other in the very center of the tread. First of all, it is course stability, speed, and accuracy of response to steering wheel turns, which significantly simplifies and facilitates the process of managing the vehicle, and also reduces rolling resistance, which, in turn, improves fuel efficiency.

When developing the Aeolus AS01 Cross Ace, the Chinese tire makers paid considerable attention to ensuring high performance on winter roads. In addition to the numerous blocks, good traction properties on snow and ice are achieved thanks to a large number of wavy lamellas. These tread elements, when in contact with the road surface, form a multitude of additional edges, the height and acuity of which allow the tire to grip even the most slippery surface.
Durable rubber compound resistant to external influences
Since this model was initially designed for use on SUVs and crossovers, it is not surprising that its rubber compound was developed with a range of specific application conditions in mind. The main attention during its creation was paid to ensuring maximum resistance to aggressive external influences, including mechanical ones. The use of special components made it possible to give the tread excellent resistance to punctures and cuts, which significantly increased the reliability of the tire throughout its entire service life, which, thanks to this feature, was significantly extended.
