The Achilles Desert Hawk M/T summer tire is installed on SUVs and pickups. It is adapted for operation on unpaved surfaces with low bearing capacity. In such conditions, it is distinguished by stable traction and exceptional resistance to mechanical damage.
The tread of the tire features an aggressive non-directional design with a large number of small and high blocks. The elements have a complex polygonal shape, increasing both the number and length of the gripping edges formed by them. The side walls of the blocks have a 3-step structure, which enhances traction on unpaved surfaces, giving it high stability. The upper part of the tire's sidewall features X-shaped protrusions. They increase protection against mechanical damage and traction effort on complex off-road sections.

Mileage on this tire is 4330. Tough, very resistant to cuts and punctures. Had driven a pretty rugged stretch of the Kolyma Highway, no punctures or cuts. Minor signs of wear considering the conditions of use. Holds the road well, handling and braking are on par. I've been running these tires for three years now. I bought them for my UAZ HANTER, mostly driving on off-road terrain (Siberia, village, forest). They handle mud really well, the tread pattern is quite narrow, which helps with traction and getting out of a rut when needed. I bought a UAZ Patriot for off-road driving. The tires have never disappointed me in the mud - the car behaves like a tank, as if it's on chains. It's very sturdy and doesn't fear stones in the snow, feels great. On asphalt, it's very loud. I drove on it for 2 seasons, with a wear of around 2 mm. In general, I'm very satisfied with the tires and will definitely buy the same ones for replacement.
