Спецшины XCMG XG913

The XCMG XG913 model is designed for intensive use on front loaders and special equipment. The construction is based on a comprehensive approach to increasing load capacity, tread life, and overall durability of the product.

Tread pattern design and contact patch optimization

The tread pattern is designed with a large-block scheme, forming a wide contact patch. The blocks have an increased support area, ensuring even pressure distribution across the entire working surface. This geometry minimizes local loads on individual areas of the tyre, reducing the risk of deformation. The tread, formed by overlapping blocks, provides reliable grip on various types of surfaces, including asphalt, concrete, and compacted soil.

Carcass system

The multi-layer base is engineered to withstand increased loads. The structure not only increases the strength of the construction but also forms improved shock-absorbing characteristics. The absorption of impact and vibration loads when moving with a load reduces operator fatigue and decreases the intensity of the impact on the suspension components. This directly affects the tyre's service life.

Service life

A specially developed compound with increased resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage is used in the production process. The composition of the compound prevents the formation of local tears, cuts, and delamination, which often occur when in contact with sharp objects. The optimized balance between elasticity and hardness of the compound ensures stable handling characteristics, increasing the overall service life.

Key features of the XCMG XG913:

- the design is adapted to the operating modes of specialized equipment with a high frequency of maneuvers and static loads;
- protection against deformation and damage is achieved by combining a multi-layer carcass and impact-resistant compound;
- the large-block contact patch ensures even pressure distribution, increasing load capacity and stability when transporting heavy loads;
- massive overlapping lugs form a reliable grip on solid and soil surfaces, including conditions of high humidity and contamination;
- the multi-layer carcass reduces the vibrational load on the operator and the suspension components of the equipment.
