The XCMG XB202 G-2 tire is designed for use on road construction and earthmoving equipment, including graders, front-end loaders, and auxiliary vehicles, operating on dirt, gravel, and mixed surfaces. The model is oriented towards conditions that require reliable traction, load stability, and increased resistance to damage during regular off-asphalt operation. In the lineup, this tire occupies a position of a more specialized solution for heavy-duty operating modes compared to the brand's universal models.
Classic Tread
The tread is made according to the G-2 scheme and is distinguished by massive blocks with increased height and pronounced curved shape of the working edges. Compared to other tires of the brand, this model has elements separated from each other by large voids and an optimized profile, which improves the stability of the equipment and reduces uneven wear during prolonged operation on compacted soil and gravel. The inter-block grooves retain sufficient volume for effective self-cleaning from dirt and small stones, maintaining stable traction characteristics.
Differences from other tires in the lineup
The design is oriented towards increased strength. A special carcass structure and robust breaker layers increase resistance to punctures, cuts, and impact loads. The model is better adapted to work under high static loads, which is especially important for graders and loaders when performing planning and earthwork.
The rubber compound is selected with consideration for operation in an abrasive environment. It is distinguished by increased resistance to wear and overheating, which allows maintaining working properties during long shifts and high loads. The optimized profile contributes to an even distribution of pressure in the contact patch, increasing the tire's resource.
