Model XCMG XB050 – a tyre for loaders of various types and some construction equipment. The tyre was designed to work efficiently in difficult conditions without reducing its tread life.

Grip and directional stability

A block structure is used here, represented by massive elements. Unlike classic "herringbone" patterns, the central blocks are arranged with overlap, forming an almost monolithic guiding strip. This solution provides the driver with feedback on the steering wheel even when fully loaded. The tyre itself holds the course, reducing operator fatigue and increasing maneuvering speed.

Self-cleaning and "aggressive" traction

Here, the drainage channels between the blocks have been intentionally increased. These deep elements throw out dirt, clay, and gravel outward due to centrifugal force. This is especially critical on quarry and dirt roads, where a clean tread is a guarantee that the heavy machine will not get stuck.

"Armored" rubber compound

The secret to the phenomenal resistance to cuts lies in the molecular network of the compound. Special polymeric additives have been introduced into its composition, which increase the elasticity of the rubber. This means that sharp edges of objects (rock fragments, construction debris) do not "bite" into the tyre body, but instead bounce off or are pushed away. This has overcome the main problem of construction tyres – sidewall ruptures and tread separation when driving over large boulders.
