XCMG XB001 — an original development by the Chinese engineering giant, created as a standard solution for special equipment and optimally adapted to work in construction sites, quarries, and agricultural fields.
Diagonal frame structure: stiffness and load-carrying capacity
The basis is a diagonal frame structure. The cross arrangement of cord threads provides increased stiffness of the sidewall and high resistance to deformations, which is critically important when working with heavy loads and on uneven surfaces. Such a frame effectively resists impact loads from driving over stones, curbs, and other obstacles.
High margin of safety
The model is offered in a 14PR (14-layer) version, which provides a significant margin of safety. In combination with a load index of 146, this means that each tire can withstand a load of up to 3000 kg. This figure makes the model a reliable choice for front-end loaders, graders, excavators, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
Universal tread pattern
The tread contains large elements that form a large contact area. This architecture provides multi-directional traction, including confident traction on loose, clay, and stony soils. This makes the tire universal for work on both solid asphalt surfaces and in field conditions.
Key features of XCMG XB001:
- designed specifically for construction and road equipment, providing maximum efficiency;
- diagonal frame provides increased stiffness and resistance to lateral deformations;
- 14PR layering standard and 146 load index guarantee stable operation with heavy equipment in the most severe conditions;
- universal tread with a large-block structure provides excellent traction on asphalt, soil, mud, and stony surfaces.
