Спецшины Triangle TB516 E-3

In the segment of industrial tyres for heavy machinery, reliability requirements exceed standard norms. The Triangle TB516 E-3 model is a thought-out powerful construction designed for operation under cyclic overloads. This development is focused on the fleet of forklifts, quarry dump trucks, graders, and other special equipment.

Tyre tread "anatomy"

The key difference of the tyre is the high massiveness of the tread layer, made according to an aggressive block scheme. The elements are arranged with minimal gaps, creating a "monolithic" effect in the central zone. This design solution allows for the levelling of point overloads. This directly affects the preservation of the sidewalls and prevents abrasive wear of individual elements, increasing the overall tread life.

Geometry for loose soils

The engineers focused on the architecture of the shoulder lugs. The wide inter-block distances in this area perform the role of active evacuation channels. When working on waterlogged, sandy, or gravelly surfaces, these elements instantly remove contaminants from under the wheel. As a result, the special equipment demonstrates high snow/off-road capability.

Passive protection

The basis is a reinforced multi-layer carcass with an increased margin of strength against rupture. A special rubber compound, resistant to cuts and chipping, combined with the impressive depth of the tread, forms a "power belt". This system is a passive armour. Even when working on rocky surfaces or construction debris, the risk of punctures is minimal.

Key features of the Triangle TB516 E-3:

- adapted to a wide range of wheeled machines: from forklifts to heavy articulated dump trucks, making it an ideal solution for diverse fleets;
- a multi-layer breaker and reinforced sidewall ensure shape stability under maximum load;
- deep drainage channels prevent the "clogging" effect of the tread with clay and wet soil, guaranteeing confident grip;
- thanks to the increased volume of the rubber mass and even wear, a high mileage rate is achieved.
