Trelleborg XP800 — a solid, super-elastic tyre for forklifts, designed for medium-intensity loading and unloading operations. The model is intended for use both indoors and on outdoor sites. The solid construction does not lose pressure in the event of a puncture and helps reduce the risk of unplanned downtime, keeping the forklift ready for daily work.

The wide central contact zone has a zigzag profile. It provides a stable base on smooth warehouse floors and helps reduce vibrations during movement. For the operator, this means a smoother ride and more precise maneuvering in aisles, near shelves, and when positioning the forks.

Massive transverse blocks with deep treads are located at the edges of the tread. Outdoors, they help transmit traction force on uneven surfaces, allowing for more confident starts and better control when moving with a load. The combination of the central support zone and side blocks enables the forklift to work both indoors and on the warehouse territory.

The increased width of the working surface improves the forklift's stability during movement and when handling heavy loads. This helps the operator better control the equipment when turning and approaching the unloading area. The deeper tread depth leaves more rubber for gradual wear, increasing the time between tyre replacements and reducing maintenance-related downtime.

The protruding rim protection helps reduce the risk of wheel damage from side contacts. The universal black rubber compound combines wear resistance with low rolling resistance. As a result, the XP800 helps control operating expenses and reduce energy losses during the forklift's daily operation.
