Description Tianli Foresty Flotation FF ST
The Tianli Foresty Flotation FF ST tyre is designed for a range of forestry equipment, where snow/off-road capability, load capacity, and environmental friendliness are combined into a single technological concept. This is not just a tyre, but a high-tech tool adapted to the harsh realities of forestry.
Load distribution
The key idea behind this model is to maximize the contact patch. This has been achieved through a special carcass architecture and profile geometry, which provide a flotation effect. Due to the increased area, the pressure on the surface is significantly reduced. The equipment no longer "sinks" into marshy lowlands and loose soils, and the forest soil and root system of young trees receive minimal damage.
Tread pattern HF-2
The developers have equipped this model with a deep, massive tread pattern. Its blocks are designed according to the "tooth" principle with variable geometry and multi-faceted edges. This solution allows the tyre to provide unprecedented traction properties on any type of forest surface. At the same time, the beveled edges of the lugs work as an active self-cleaning system, instantly evacuating dirt, snow, and small debris from the drainage channels.
Puncture resistance
Depending on the size and modification, either a steel breaker or reinforcing layers of Kevlar are used here. This "armour" provides the highest resistance to punctures and sidewall cuts, reliably protecting the inner tube from damage even when working in the most littered forests. Additionally, the reinforced sidewall construction minimizes the risk of damage when contacting obstacles.
Key features of the Tianli Foresty Flotation FF ST:
- applicability to equipment used in forestry;
- a maximally increased contact patch and low ground pressure prevent the equipment from sinking into weak foundations and minimize damage to the forest soil;
- massive lugs with multi-faceted edges provide excellent traction and directional stability;
- the use of a steel breaker or Kevlar layers in the carcass construction provides exceptional resistance to damage;
- the increased tread depth and wear-resistant compound significantly extend the service life.
