The Tianli BRS model is a hybrid agro-industrial tire designed to operate in rugged terrain, where asphalt is replaced by viscous mud, and a flat area is replaced by a rocky slope. The tire was created for heavy-duty loaders, but later gained widespread use in agriculture and construction.

Radial Architecture

The basis is a reinforced radial carcass. This technology reveals its main advantage here: uniform distribution of load across the entire contact patch area. From a technical point of view, this gives two critical benefits:

- reduction of local overheating - the carcass works more elastically, deforms less;
- increased stability - the equipment is less "skittish" during maneuvers under load.

The model also strengthened the shoulder areas and sidewalls. When working on construction sites, in quarries, or in contact with sharp stones, this part of the design takes the impact. Resistance to cuts and punctures is built in at the level of architecture, which significantly extends the resource.

Compound Chemistry

The model uses high-quality rubber compound, focused on high wear resistance and cracking resistance. The production uses technologies that meet modern requirements, ensuring the stability of material properties in a wide temperature range.
