Pressure redistribution
One of the main design innovations is the increased tread width with an optimized transverse profile. Here, the traditional shape has been deliberately abandoned in favor of a more flat contact patch. This provides two important effects:
- reduced impact on the soil - the tyre seems to "spread out" over the surface, without disturbing the structure of the top fertile layer;
- even load distribution eliminates the concentration of stresses in the central zone, which directly slows down wear.
Rubber compound: durability at the limit
Towed equipment often operates in an abrasive environment - stones, stubble, gravel. For this model, a special rubber compound with a high content of reinforcing fillers has been developed. It is characterized by high resistance to punctures and cuts, durability, and resistance to cracking under the influence of ultraviolet radiation.
Additionally, the breaker layer has been reinforced with a multi-layer metal cord mesh, which provides a margin of strength during sharp braking and maneuvers.
