The industrial tyre Tianfu E3/L3 is designed for wheel loaders, graders, and articulated dump trucks. The classic tread pattern of the E3/L3 standard makes the model a universal solution for operation on dirt, gravel, and rocky surfaces, where a balance between high traction, resistance to mechanical damage, and long service life is necessary.
Universality in application due to the tread pattern
The tread is made according to the classic E3/L3 scheme with massive blocks arranged in a "chessboard" order. This solution allows for an even distribution of load across the contact patch, while forming a large number of gripping edges. This contributes to the effective transmission of traction force, avoiding wheel slippage. The wide grooves between the blocks help the tread to quickly release dirt and small stones, maintaining its working properties in heavy operating conditions.
Enhanced protection against damage
A special compound with increased resistance to mechanical damage is used here, and a sturdy radial carcass prevents the occurrence of excessive internal stress when hitting stones and irregularities. Additional protection is provided by reinforced sidewalls, which better withstand lateral loads and accidental contacts with obstacles during equipment maneuvering.
Stable operation throughout the entire service life
The design is calculated for prolonged operation under high load. The optimized distribution of blocks reduces tread overheating and promotes more even wear. The tread design improves ride smoothness, providing more stable traction characteristics, along with more convenient grip control during longitudinal accelerations. The combination of these properties makes this model effective for enterprises where equipment operates daily in an intense mode and downtime due to tyre replacement needs to be minimized.
Key features of Tianfu E3/L3:
- the classic "quarry" tread combines good traction force with high resistance to wear;
- reinforced sidewalls and a sturdy carcass increase reliability when working on rocky surfaces;
- a special rubber compound effectively resists cuts, chips, and abrasive effects;
- the universal design makes the tyre an effective solution for most types of quarry equipment operating in heavy conditions.
