Tercelo TCL04 L5 S1 - an industrial tire designed for machines operating under extreme load conditions. Loaders, graders, and articulated dump trucks impose special requirements on the tire's support system. The model is designed for the ultra-deep tread category, intended for the most aggressive surfaces where abrasion, impact, and overheating are the norm, not the exception.
Depth as a reserve of strength
The ultra-deep tread is a special protective parameter. The tire has an increased layer of rubber compound that can absorb multiple wear cycles without losing its traction properties. The large-block structure with optimized geometry ensures even distribution of contact pressures over the working area. This eliminates local overloading in the center and the formation of accelerated wear zones, directly affecting the increased mileage.
Protected sidewall
The sidewall area has been reinforced along the entire circumference. This is not a pinpoint thickening, but a calculated protective belt that dampens the impact load when contacting hard surfaces. The reduction in the risk of cuts and punctures in the most vulnerable area directly correlates with an increase in service life. The tire remains in operation when its analogs have already been sent for repair.
Stability and traction
The precise adjustment of the rigidity parameters of the carcass and the tread group ensures predictable machine behavior in variable terrain conditions. And traction is a calculated coefficient of transmission of tractive effort without wheelspin and power loss, ensuring increased operability in difficult conditions.
Triple protection against destruction
The rubber compound is developed according to a recipe with increased energy intensity. The material simultaneously withstands three types of exposure:

- mechanical cuts - thanks to the reinforcement of the elastomeric bond;
- thermal degradation.
The tire does not float when overheated, does not crumble when contacting sharp inclusions, and retains its elasticity in low-temperature conditions.
