Roadbuster H989 — a specialized solution for forklifts and other warehouse equipment operated in high-traffic areas. The model combines a time-tested diagonal construction with reinforced elements, making it an optimal choice for heavy industrial conditions.
Diagonal frame
A classic diagonal construction with a crosswise cord arrangement is applied here. This provides two key advantages:
- increased lateral stiffness when maneuvering with a load;
- resistance to impact loads when driving over floor joints, rails, and curbs.
The pneumatic chamber architecture allows for flexible pressure adjustment for a specific load weight, as well as minimizes the risk of complete shape loss in the event of a local puncture.
Stability
The tread is made wider and thicker than that of average models. The increased width provides increased stability of the equipment during lateral tilts — critical when working with a high center of gravity.
The large thickness of the tread layer — a mileage reserve that withstands long runs without premature wear to the breaker.
Reinforced sidewall
The model is equipped with a reinforced sidewall zone with additional cord layers in the area of the sidewall ring. This provided resistance to sidewall cuts and tears, reliable tire fixation on the rim even during sharp turns on the spot, as well as a reduction in the risk of chamber depressurization.
Rubber compound
A specialized compound with increased resistance to bending and heating is used here. Forklifts are constantly moving with sharp starts, braking, and turns — this generates heat. Standard tires quickly overheat and delaminate. In this model, the rubber compound retains its elasticity and grip even during long shifts without cooling.
Key features of Roadbuster H989:
- applicability to industrial warehouse equipment — forklifts, stackers, etc.;
- diagonal construction with a chamber providing lateral stiffness and impact resistance;
- increased tread width and thickness for stability, long mileage, and self-cleaning from dirt;
- a sidewall zone with reinforcement against lateral cuts and impacts when maneuvering in confined spaces.
