Description Pulmox BL78 IND88
Industrial tyre Pulmox BL78 IND88 is designed for loader excavators, telehandlers, and other versatile construction equipment operated on sites with constantly changing surface types. The R-4 class model is intended for use in conditions where asphalt, concrete, gravel, and loose soil alternate within a single working shift.
Maximum resistance to mechanical stress
One of the main advantages of the tyre is its robust diagonal carcass construction, designed for operation in conditions with increased impact loads. The reinforced multi-layer cord withstands regular contact with stones, construction debris, and unevenness of the working area, maintaining the tyre's geometry even when the equipment is fully loaded. Rigid sidewalls further reduce the risk of damage during movement on a rut, when driving over obstacles, and when making turns in limited space.
Tread pattern adapted to construction sites
The tread pattern is designed according to the "industrial" R-4 scheme with massive blocks of increased width. This design allows for confident realization of traction effort on loose soil without losing stability on concrete and asphalt surfaces. Wide grooves quickly clear the contact area of soil and clay, which means the tread surface remains effective even when operating on wet areas. At the same time, the large contact area has a positive effect on the machine's stability during operation with a raised load.
Durability in daily intensive operation
A wear-resistant rubber compound is used for manufacturing, designed for constant contact with abrasive surfaces. It slows down tread wear and reduces the likelihood of crack formation during intensive operation. The tubeless design reduces the risk of sudden pressure loss in case of minor damage, and the combination of a robust carcass and durable compound allows the tyre to be used in prolonged working cycles with minimal equipment downtime.
Key features of Pulmox BL78 IND88:
- reinforced diagonal carcass construction maintains the tyre's performance under high impact and lateral loads;
- "industrial" R-4 class tread pattern is equally effective for operation on hard surfaces and dense soil;
- self-cleaning grooves maintain stable traction properties without soil accumulation in the contact area;
- high resistance to abrasive wear and overheating contributes to an increased maintenance interval and reduced operating costs.
