Nortec TC-02 – a model designed for tractors that are forced to plow, cultivate, and move on thawed chernozem, sand, or virgin land. The tire is distinguished by its versatility, stable working characteristics, and durability.
Diagonal carcass
The design with a cross arrangement of threads provides a rigid sidewall that is not susceptible to lateral loads. The model has several layers of cord - this is an optimized structure where each layer takes on part of the deformation. The result: the tire does not "fold" when turning in place and does not burst from impacts.
Less slippage - more traction
Engineers have developed a pattern with aggressive high lugs arranged in a "herringbone" scheme with open shoulder zones. This geometry solves three problems:
- quick cleaning - soft clay or wet snow does not stick, but is thrown away by centrifugal force;
- long gripping edge - the contact area with the ground is maximum, which eliminates skidding when starting under load;
- low ground pressure - the tire does not compact the top layer, preserving the structure of the arable land.
Handling and fuel efficiency
The model uses a special compound based on natural rubber with low hysteresis losses. This means that when rolling on hard ground, the internal friction in the rubber is minimal, and the tractor does not "eat" extra liters. And handling is achieved due to the continuous central rib of rigidity, which dampens skidding on turns.
