Load capacity
The tire is designed to work with maximum weights close to the nominal load capacity of the forklift. The key difference from standard models is the reinforced breaker layer with an increased weaving pitch. This prevents radial rupture. Additionally, the sidewall design has an additional reinforcing layer of high-strength synthetic fiber.
Compound
The tread manufacturing uses a rubber compound based on modified natural rubber and technical carbon. This provides abrasion resistance, resistance to mechanical damage, and low residual deformation.
Traction properties in an industrial environment
The tread pattern consists of large blocks with a diagonal arrangement. This provides a maximum coefficient of friction. The contact patch is optimized — its area is increased by 15-20% compared to standard industrial tires. This is critical for sharp starts and braking with a load.
