Ladder-type tread
In the central zone, the blocks form an edge resembling a ladder step — a longitudinal guide with transverse cuts. This solution provides stable movement in a straight line and reduces vibration. From the central part, the blocks diverge at an angle to the sidewalls, forming a V-shaped pattern. They provide increased passability on loose soil while maintaining traction, preventing wheel slip.
Special additives against cuts and aging
To protect against mechanical damage, silica-based fillers and polymer modifiers have been introduced into the tread rubber formulation. As a result, increased resistance to cracking — microcracks do not spread even with repeated bending of the tire on unevenness. Also, wear resistance is implemented — abrasive wear is reduced by 20-30% compared to standard models.
The carcass is additionally strengthened. The design uses high-strength nylon cord threads. In combination with a wear-resistant tread, this provides a significant increase in overall resource.
