MRL MAW 977 I-1 - a special tire, the scope of which includes a wide range of agricultural machinery. Among them are press gathers, combines, seeders, and others. The model stands out with a wide contact patch, which provides a reduction in soil load and degradation. At the same time, the tire withstands intense mechanical stresses, maintaining its integrity and working properties.
The tread, belonging to the I-1 type, is represented by numerous wavy ribbed structures, located at equal distances from each other. Due to this, effective self-cleaning and traction properties have been implemented. To increase traction, especially on loose and viscous soils, large lugs are provided in the shoulder area, transitioning to the sidewalls.
The tire uses a special compound that, due to its elasticity, provides reliable protection against various types of damage. It is worth adding a multi-layer carcass, the basis of which was nylon threads. They provide a high degree of elasticity and prevent breaks even when working at low internal tire pressure. The latter factor has a positive effect on the minimum compaction of the fertile layer.
