Description MRB R-4
The special MRB R-4 tire is designed for wheeled excavators, front-end loaders, and other equipment used in a wide range of earthwork applications. It demonstrates the greatest efficiency on unstable, loose soil surfaces, distinguishing itself in such conditions with high traction and stability, as well as reduced rolling resistance and heat generation.
The tread pattern is directional, consisting of two rows of elongated blocks. The walls of the elements, in combination with their tapered edges, provide excellent traction and stability on soil. The significant voids between the blocks prevent the tread from becoming clogged with dirt, which maintains high passability on surfaces such as waterlogged sand, earth, and clay. In the central part, the elements partially overlap each other, reducing heat generation and rolling resistance when moving on hard surfaces. The "chequered" arrangement of the blocks significantly reduces the risk of crack and tear formation in the tread, especially under the influence of significant weight loads. This feature is also ensured by the use of a special rubber compound. In addition to being resistant to crack and tear formation, this compound is also less susceptible to abrasive effects, which significantly increases the tire's mileage.
Main features of MRB R-4
- The tread pattern with elongated blocks provides excellent traction when moving in both directions;
- The partial overlap of the blocks in the central part prevents the tire from overheating on hard surfaces, reduces rolling resistance and wear;
- The significant voids between the tread elements allow the tire to avoid becoming clogged with a mixture of soil and water.
