Deep "pine" grip
The basis of the tread pattern design is not just a classic "pine" pattern, but an adaptive system of blocks with variable stiffness. The directed large lugs have an optimized angle of inclination — when the wheel rotates, the traction force vectors are combined, ensuring maximum realization of grip. The feature of this geometry is the ability to work effectively on shear. On loose sandy and waterlogged soils, the blocks do not break the contact patch, but compact it, creating a dense support surface. At the same time, the wide drainage channels between them provide rapid evacuation of the soil, preventing the "clogging" effect.
Resistance to wear and cuts
The compound contains reinforcing polymers and modifying additives that increase elasticity. This has made it possible to achieve a balance between elasticity and wear resistance. In practice, this means that the hardness of the tread remains stable over a wide temperature range. Even when in contact with sharp rock fragments, micro-damage is localized and does not develop into macro-tears due to the high viscosity of the material.
Load-carrying foundation
The engineers have built in an increased margin of safety for the carcass by increasing the number of layers in the sidewall area and the central part of the tread. This structure allows the tyre to withstand the two main enemies of industrial tyres: longitudinal deformation and radial overloads when lifting heavy loads. The reinforced carcass effectively dampens the shock impulses from terrain irregularities, reducing the risk of tread separation.
